Preparation - for last 4 months (I don’t know how much I studied before on and off). Focused preparation for last 1 week. Finally I get a disappointing - 640 (48, 30).
I don’t know for what target schools I stand a chance for this score of 640. I can’t even sleep today thinking all the time about the score. I studied hard, put up a good effort, but I couldn’t get at least what I wished for - 680, 690 target.
My preparation so far
Manhattan online course - all 7 strategy guides, additional questions, their online course itself
Kaplan, Princeton 2003 book
SC -1000 (Did 500 questions), CR -1000(200 questions), RC -1000 (200 questions)
Princeton tests - 630, 640, 680
Manhattan online 3 tests - 550, 590, 630
GMATPrep1, GMATPrep2 - 690, 680
Ladies and gentlemen in this forum. Please suggest what I could possibly do NOW. I am not sure I can take this exam again. Because every time I focus on it, I get obstacles. Family life, work pressure - I know all this is common to all of us, but still I am a little weak in handling all this. So please encourage, suggest.
My profile
6 years IT experience
4 years international experience (if that helps)
Typical profile of any other average Indian IT engineer in US.
Which target schools can I focus on if I have 640 and the above?
If I were to take it again, what materials should I be focusing on?
Although my performance sounds not so good, I still want to thank everybody in this forum for their encouragement, help, suggestions, and more importantly questions of all types and all levels. Thank you all !!. Without this forum I would not have got 640.
