EconGirl, I would highly recomend Susan Schaffer from Admission Consultants. She used to be a member of the adcom committe at NYU and I think she does Mock Interviews. Depending on your interview skills, you might want to consider her services.

Did you get an invitation for interview already??
When did you submit your app?

I think I submitted the day before the deadline (Nov 30?) and haven't heard anything yet. :(

econgirl... how was ur interview? do u live in NY?
i applied 3 days b4 the deadline and I have not heard anything yet. I was hoping it's because I live in Latin America, but maybe that's just wishful thinking. Do you have some advice based on your experience?

Econgirl please tell us about everything!

It turns out one of my recs were "missing"! they told me this on jan 4th so I re-submitted it the next day. So I guess that explains why I have not heard back yet. bastards...

I did not have my interview yet. but I will certainly let you know how it goes.

I know it is with AdCom and that they will have read my application beforehand, so it will be very different from other interviews I've been on. I am a bit aprehensive about it
