Had my interview.
The interviewer was very kindly, and started explaning the process: after interview, all interviewed candidates will again be analyzed by the committee one week prior to final decision date, which she said is going to be realeased by e-mail late on the 28th.
Then she asked about my career progression, about the school I did, and some other questions.
Later around some 5 to 6 questions like:
Tell me about a time you mentor someone;
Tell me about when you set a goal and achieve it;
A time I worked with a diverse team, etc
Then the classical why MBA and why MIT.
Finally she oppened for questions:
I asked some things I wanted to know such as: international visas within USA, how is going the placement within financial industry after the credit crunch, and other things.
This interview is not a killer, but is not easy also, they ask about very specific things, and as they read beforehand your essays, they want new things, so you must come up with things outside the essays.
I had some problems to get to the interview place and arrived around 5 min late. Also I don't think I did great, I think I did just ok, which is not fine in my point of view. For those who are going to interview, prepare yourself, use the STAR method, which I forgot to use during the interview, and stay calm.
Good Luck Everybody!
