Answer should be "B".
If we consider the evidence - "on the ground that it is impossible for a country to remain repressive when telecommunication
equipment is widely available
"
If we negate choice - B, it will strike on this evidence.

Whats the OA ?

Why??? How does the ban work to pressure the gov.t? Why when the tele. Equipments are available to all people-----------> GOV.T can't be repressive.???

To solve repressive nature of Country R , we are imposing ban on all export

But manufacture of telecommutation product says don’t ban us
As telecommunication will help people in becoming less repressive.

B is an obvious choice
