2 cogs will occupy a space of 3pi/16

Hence a space of 2pi3 will be occupied by 2*2pi3/(3pi/16) = 64


2) 10%

Total number of games to be played is 10
Number of games played till now is 7

And number of games tied till now is 2

If the number of games tied remains 2. the percent is 20%.
hence it can never be 10%

Each cog will occupy (Including space) = PI/8
Total cogs = 6PI/(PI/8) = 48

Q2:

A

Current games = 7
Current matches with tie = 2
Current matches with results = 5
More games to be played = 3
Total games in the end = 10

So we may have 2,3,4 or 5 tie.

So the tie can not 10%.
