Ok, so we have finally gathered momentum to organize a get together. Praetorian has even offered a sponsorship of upto 1500 bucks for collective spending during the event (thanks Praet and GMATClub).
But now we need to pick up the place and time for the meeting and get an idea of how many we may be (notice "may" as in initial estimation of people and not in "we'll bill you and you won't be able to get a refund").
I'll post two different polls: this is one is to vote for the city and have an initial count of possible attendants (although Chicago seems ahead so far, I'd like to give us all some opportunity to choose). There'll be another poll to choose the date.
The shortlist I've prepared is based on:
- my perception of the schools were most G'clubbers will end up and the regions which would be convenient based on their current residence,
- interesting cities in the area (I know, this is subjective, but hey! so is life!)
- trying to reduce the options to a manageable amount.
I'll also cluster some cities by region to reduce options and we'll be able to fine tune these once we decide on the region.

However, chicago is my 2nd choice. Since my boss is in chicago, maybe I can persuade him that I need to fly to chicago to say goodbye to him in persoon. hahah
