I'm also starting my MBA this fall and faced a similar situation with Ross offering a lower scholarship compared to other schools I was accepted into. When it comes to networking, I believe prestigious schools like Ross, Cornell, and CMU all provide strong networks. Ross might have a slight edge, but in my experience, reaching out to alumni from any of these institutions yields comparable results. What's guiding my decision, and something you might consider, is the location where you envision yourself long-term. Don't focus too much on the internship phase, since it lasts just 3-4 months, but rather on where you see yourself at the end of your MBA journey.
Financial considerations are also a significant factor in my decision-making. I had offers of full tuition from other strong programs, whereas Ross offered me only partial. Ross was my top choice, but the prospect of incurring substantial student loan debt, when I could obtain my degree for free elsewhere, is something I couldn't reconcile. If finances aren't a major concern for you, Ross could be the way to go. However, if you're mindful of costs, I'd suggest considering Tepper.
