ESADE CEMS MiM vs. LBS GMiM

Hi Everyone!
I am currently trying to decide which master's offer to accept. I have received an offer for the ESADE MiM with a second-year where I would gain a CEMS MiM (includes completing a six months study abroad at a CEMS partner university) and for the London Business School GMiM, where I would complete one year at LBS and one year at the Fudan School of Management. I am currently finishing my BA in History, Politics, and Economics at University College London.
I am aiming to work in consulting once I graduate, but I am flexible on the location.
I am torn between the two, each has its benefits and would love an opinion.

I am sorry, not super familiar with EU Masters recruiting for Consulting. Are MiM programs big sources of consulting hires?
If so, almost everyone from ESADE will end up recruiting in London (that's what happens with MBA since many do not have the Spanish speaking skills). However, having a second year in China or somewhere else does not seem super helpful to me. I am sure they have some plan but how would you recruit in London or Europe if you are in China or elsewhere? (sorry if a silly question)
