Retook my second attempt after 16 days of the first attaempt and got a 100 point jump from 655 to 755 (Q90,V85,D87)
I think the key to this score jump was understanding my gaps in the first attempt and target them scpecifically to improve the score.

Resources I used for my preperation-
  • Verbal
    • Powerscore GMAT critical reasoning bible
    • Manhattan Reading Comprehension for GMAT book
    • Focus-OG question bank medium & hard difficulty questions
    • LSAT practise papers when I was finished with OG medium & hard questions
  • Quant
    • Top 1% theory and questions
    • Focus-OG question bank medium & hard difficulty questions
  • Data Interpretation
(Not sure how to turn off the auto-linking the forum is doing for the books)
 

In all I took 5 official practise test papers-
  1. First before I started my preperations to asses my starting
  2. Second after completing all OG questions
  3. Third 2 weeks before my first attempt
  4. Fourth 3 days before my first attempt
  5. Fisth attempt 3 days before my second attempt

I took 16 days between the two attempts. Took less time mainly because I realised quant accuracy was the main issue in first attempt as I did 2 questions wrong at the very start owing to silly mistakes.

One question - between your third mock and the fourth mock, what did your daily study/prep look like?

wow! Sorry if I missed it, i see it now in the topic. 100 points in 16 days means you likely underperformed on the first exam... or I really want to know what you had for breakfast before your exam :lol:
