Thanks, man! What are your thoughts on the odds of an acceptance to a school like Tuck or Cornell Johnson with a GMAT / GRE waiver, ver low undergraduate GPA, but high MS GPA? It is still better to take and submit a GMAT / GRE score if you can score within the class profile, especially to mitigate any low undergraduate GPA concern, right?
I think once you have an MS, that should cover your undergrad GPA and should address concerns about your undergrad performance, but worth writing the essay explaining it for sure!
Tuck does not really place into Tech much... it has not historically. It is a consulting school - very strong but still not quite tech. At the same time, Tech took some beating and not a lot of placements in the last batch. Nevertheless, Kellogg would be a great Tech school as well as Haas and even Foster if you don't mind spending a few years in Seattle.
I think you have a very strong chance with a strong entrepreneurial profile. Your salary/income progression will matter, so make sure it looks good and growing on the application.
