I think it mostly depends on the geography: if you plan to work on continental Europe Bocconi might be a better choice, otherwise Judge is more recognised internationally

I’m from INDIA with a GMAT score of 740 and workex of 4.5 yrs(2.5 yrs of entrepreneurship and 2 yrs of edtech)
Would it be good to apply at this point of time based on my profile.
Please give your opinion.

I think with your GMAT you should have good chances. It's considerably higher than the course average (670)
