Hi and congratulations on your admits! It is awesome to have a choice.

I feel you have a few things going for you (positive)
- Interesting work experience/background
- Big 4 brand on resume
- Spouse in Canada so you can move or she can move

Some realities:
- Recruiting for a seasoned mid-management role after MBA is not very typical and it is no fault of schools but it is much harder for them to place applicants and find jobs for them, which means you are on your own to find work.
- USC's undergrad brand is the strongest, MBA is top 30 and IBEAR is even more niche.
- Take a look at this applicants challenge after graduation (this is a Top 20 MBA grad, who went to a program higher ranked than Marshall but not much higher) https://gmatclub.com/forum/mba-after-30 ... 00397.html
- These programs are money-makers for universities, MSx, MIT SF, IBEAR, and a few others. I don't know enough about the size of the Emory's 1-year program though.

My buddy did a one-year MBA at Emory and told me the career support was top-notch—he even landed a gig at McKinsey. I figured USC Marshall's IBEAR would be even better, but man, was I wrong. Here, it's like career support fell into a black hole.
