Cambridge Judge EMBA vs. IESE EMBA Munich

I have received offers from both Cambridge Judge and IESE (Munich) for their Executive MBA programs, starting in September 2024.
I have 7 YoE, with a public sector background in an international organisation, focused mostly on technology policy. I am currently residing in Brussels (but Canadian by nationality).
Post-program, I would look to pivot into a senior / management strategy role at technology startup, ideally in UK or Europe. Also want to have the skillset / credentials / network to launch entrepreneurial ventures and activities later in life and to become an accredited investor. In a sense, this is about developing a portfolio that supports my career but also enables freedom for personal ventures.
The way I see it, pros and cons of each options are:
Cambridge Judge
Pros
- Strong focus on innovation, technology and entrepreneurship
- Two consulting projects
- Broader ecosystem around program (university / colleges and innovation scene in Cambridge)
- Very large alumni network (at Judge and across Cambridge)
- Strong brand name, particularly well known in case I return to Canada in the future
- Structure of program appears very manageable alongside work (modules are Fri-Sat every 4 weeks)
Cons
- While Cambridge has an excellent reputation, Judge appears slightly less rigorous than very top programs
- Already have one masters degree from a UK-based university, so this choice is perhaps less international for me
IESE Munich
Pros
- Very strong reputation for academics / case study method may be a good fit for someone like me that does not have a previous business education / strong commercial experience
- Top tier program in Europe and strong linkages with US-based schools
- Emphasis on decision-making supports a pathway towards future career independence
- Very international
- Slightly more affordable than Judge's EMBA (about a 10k Euro difference)
Cons
- Not that well known outside of the MBA circle, and really not that much in North America in case I wish to return in the future
- Although Munich is a great city, there is less of an innovation ecosystem around the university / program than at Cambridge
