The question appears incomplete because there is no key as to which colour on the bar graph each tree type- X, Y, Z and W refer to respectively

I agree; I probably do not have a complete diagram, so I have added a diagram map to the question.

There are 3 types of correlations:
1. Positive correlation: when X increases, Y increases
2. Negative correlation: when X increases, Y decreases
3. No correlation: when data are chaotically plotted in the scatter plot

Q1, Positive Correlation. We recognize that when the Black bar increases that of Blue also increases except site 3, called outlier
Thus, for Q2 we have only 2 options: either Z or X
Q2, Negative Correlation. We can see when X decreases, Z increases: Site 2: X decreases and Z increases; Site 3: X increases and Z decreases; Site 4 and 5: X decreases and Z increases.
