Is CA mandatory ? I think they can give decisions on KA only

As far as I know, only those who get CA get admitted

CA is like the interview interview

For rejecting, sure only Kira is good enough

Wait for the CA invite. Seems like no one has gotten it yet for round 3 unless you submittted way early like in January

Ka is Kira assessment. It’s their way of looking at your profiency to answer questions without preparing for them in advance. They see how fast and able you are to think on your feet.

After the KA is done, the next stage is the CA stage. It’s called Community Assessment, but it is just another term for the interview round.

Not a specific day when they announce all decisions... the website says decisions start rolling on May 3rd. So anytime after May 3rd.
