Well done on your scores - these give you a strong defense, which is required but is not enough. I am suspecting that by Aug'25 (when you start the MBA), your WE will be close enough to 4 years, which is the sweet spot for most schools. Do not miss R1 and go in well prepared. - Dee (a management consultant + MBA admissions consultant)

Currently, i have 2 WE, but i will have 3 WE at matriculation
